Generally, "slips and falls" (also called "trips and falls" or "slips, trips, and falls") would describe injuries occurring on someone else’s property as a result of a dangerous condition on that property--for instance, slipping and injuring yourself on food spilled on a restaurant floor. These kinds of accidents can occur on any property, whether public or private, such as parks, apartment-building common areas, private homes, or your office.
Medications, especially psychoactive drugs such as sedatives and anti-anxiety drugs, can increase the risk of falls and fall-related injuries (Mustard 1997; Ray 2000)
